The apartment is in the ground floor of our own lovingly restored Victorian house with spectacular views over the town and countryside in a tranquil and private setting. Situated 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of town this gives us the advantage of private off-street parking (a must in Dartmouth where parking is hard to find) and a substantial sized garden also difficult to find in the centre of town

With our own art gallery in town and being the home of resident artist Simon Hart and fashion designer Theri Hart the accommodation reflects our love of contemporary art & design with the emphasis on comfort and enjoyment in a stylish and welcoming environment.
We have used our own holiday experiences to cater for our guests needs & comfort. Bed linen, duvets, towels, fresh flowers, welcome drinks, ironing board, hair dryer and all amenities are included with no extra hidden costs.

Additional information

We would like to advise you that this is a non-smoking property & regretfully it is not suitable for pets. Guests are welcome to smoke in the garden. Unfortunately it is inappropriate for disabled or infirm due to the steps on access.

Guest are more than welcome to use the various areas of the garden (at their own risk) & children need to be supervised in the garden & on the play equipment.
