Very lovely place & everything was brilliant except sometimes the weather! Both our children really enjoyed what you have converted the loft space into. They loved sitting at the tiny table looking out of the window. You have finished Bay Tree house off lovely, I just wish it was our little house.

We've had a wonderful week from beginning to end and the house is so enchanting and beautifully furnished and with all its little extra touches, you are wanting for nothing. You can not do anything but relax & unwind when you stay in this house! Everything is calm & well thought out, we particularly enjoyed the art work around the house. It is well equipped. We have had another wonderful stay in Dartmouth. Bay Tree House far outshining any other accommodation we have stayed in. We loved the decor, especially the 'Madame' bedroom-very calming & serene! The children loved the attic room. Have loved looking at all the fantastic artwork. Thank you for thinking of everything for a comfortable stay & for being so child friendly!

Have been visiting Dartmouth for 15 years staying in a variety of properties, & have found Baytree House to be the best, close to town, beautifully furnished & very comfortable. Thankyou for the wine & other provisions (have never been given these before!) the bay leaves outside came in very usful for stuffing the mackeral we caught. The weather hot & sunny, a perfect week, reluctant to go home!

This is a delightful place to stay & we really enjoyed the sun coming into the kitchen window & on 2 mornings having breakfast on the patio. We were very pleased to only use the car on 2 days, whilst we explored all the by ways and steps on foot. Recommend Greenway Garden by boat, & the beautiful hosue & garden at Coleton Fishacre. Thank you for your charming hospitality.
