With 2 children of our own we have tried to make both properties child friendly and fun with equipment such as travel cots, high chairs, sterilizer, bumbo seat, baby bath, bathroom steps ups and bedside guards all available if needed.
Bay Tree House has a playroom adjacent to the twin bedroom on it's own floor with purpose built stairgate. Tot sized table & chairs with books, films & toys to give you a moment to catch up.
Hartworks House has the same equipment available with the added bonus of a terraced garden with areas to explore including a wooden play tower, sand pit and all sorts of garden toys and games to play with.   We appreciate grown ups need their space as well, so we try to achieve a balance of places to escape to like the fire pit, Summer House & outside eating areas to enjoy a cold glass of wine.
Dartmouth & surrounds have a wealth of activities for children from the most simple seaside pleasures such as crabbing, ice creams, regatta competitions and the beach to National award winning theme parks such as Woodlands, pony trekking, kayaking, sailing schools & much more.
All play equipment & the garden are to be used with parental supervision as we are not responsible for any accidents. We are happy to advise on any activities for children in the area.
