BOOKING
A deposit of £100 reserves your booking with the balance due 1 month before your arrival together with a £100 returnable security deposit. Deposits & balances can be made by cheque or credit card over the phone. Confirmation of your booking and receipts will be sent in the post. When a provisional booking has been confirmed the tenant is responsible for the total rent and is due for payment 4 weeks prior to arrival. For a booking made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the total amount is due, to include full rental and security deposit.

Hartworks House Saturday - Saturday.
Bay Tree House Friday - Friday.
Long weekend bookings with a 3 night minimum stay can also be arranged.
