Bay Tree House - The House
Due to the popularity of our current self-catering accommodation, Hartworks House, we are pleased to offer an additional property for holiday rentals from July 2004. Situated in the heart of Dartmouth, 2 minutes walk to the town centre, Bay Tree House is an elegant period property which has undergone a complete re decoration & interior styling project. There are 2 large double bedrooms & from 2005 it will also have a further twin bedroom available. A modern fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave etc. A large breakfast room comfortably seats 6 people. Stylish & contemporary lounge with original open fireplace. A Victorian style bathroom with period style fittings & shower over the bath. A small decking area & front terrace is available with outside table & seating.
The house will be to the same high standard as our current self-catering apartment & reflect the style of our gallery in the town, Hartworks on Foss Street. We emphasise our provision for families with travel cots, high chairs, sterilisers etc. all available if required.
Professionally laundered bed linen & towels are all included with no hidden extra costs.

Additional information

We would like to advise you that this is a non-smoking property & regretfully it is not suitable for pets. The outside decking to the side of the house can be used for smoking or BBQ's.
There are a small amount of steps from the road to the front door.
Although centrally located parking is not adjacent to the house.
It is possible to pull up outside to unload. 
If required we provide a parking permit from April - September at £15 per week for The Royal Avenue Gardens car park also covering most South Hams council car parks. We also provide a laminated Dartmouth map with advice on where unrestricted parking areas can be found.
